What does the process and timeline look like?
We’re so glad you asked. We’ve built a step-by-step timeline that ensures you always know what to expect, and when.
Our wedding song request form is sent 90 days before your wedding date to ensure we’ve received your final selections and any other requests. This helps us filter them into our rehearsal schedule and perfect the arrangements.
Our information sheet for MC Directions, Announcements, and Tentative Schedule is sent to you 60 days before so we can get as much information as we can. We’ll work with you leading up to the date for any changes that may occur as well.
The last minute details sheet will be sent to you 10 days out that will double check the previous information given as well as gathering things like band load in logistics, relaying dietary restrictions from the band to you, etc.
7 days out our logistics coordinator, Taylor, will send a note to schedule a time to work with your planner the week-of, where we go line by line through the final schedule.

What kind of instrumentation do you offer for the ceremony?
Our packages vary from a solo pianist or guitarist all the way to a string quartet or jazz ensemble. All options are a-la carte to give you a customized experience. For this most important of days, we’re here to make your dreams come true.
What kind of instrumentation do you offer for cocktail hour?
Much like our ceremony options, we have the flexibility to staff according to your needs. Jazz bands, String Ensembles or specialty sourced ensembles like a Mariachi group are at your disposal. We have over 1,000 contacts in our database to find the right fit for you!

Does the band need to take breaks?
We’d never let the party die! When the band takes a break we’re armed with a high-energy playlist that’s ready to go. Depending on what package you opt for, a live DJ may be on hand to take care of it. In certain situations we can play “power sets” and play straight through the evening!
